A Family Portrait

This photo may have been taken in early 1919. The family is father Paul Schreiner and his six children. The children are, from left, Olga, Katie, Charles, Margie, Jennie, and Betty.

Schreiner family portrait, about 1919

Is the woman Julia Takács Schreiner? Note that both of the adults have wedding rings, worn on the right hand, a custom in parts of Europe. According to the wedding ring entry in Wikipedia, "...Eastern Europeans...traditionally wear the wedding band on the right hand. ...in Austria, Catholic people wear it on the right."

Julia died on February 1, 1919, age 35 (or 39). On that date, the children had these ages, rounded to the month:

Margie 10 years, 11 months
Katie 9 years, 10 months
Jennie 8 years, 2 months
Betty 6 years, 7 months
Olga 4 years, 10 months
Charles 1 year, 10 months

Could the children be no older than these ages? Is there family resemblance between the woman and the children?

You decide if this could be Julia.
