What's New for 2004

June 26, 27
Kerr Scott Building
North Carolina State Fairgrounds

  • Because of increased requests for tables, we are reconfiguring the bourse floor to have three central rows of tables with true two-table els front and back.  The layout of the tables against the side and back walls will remain the same.  Front els will be offered to long-standing front table dealers first; check with the bourse chair on or after June 1 to see if any front els are available.
  • We are permitting early birds.  An early bird is a badged attendee without a table who may attend during dealer hours and buy and sell.  The cost is $50.
  • There are minor changes in hours:  We are establishing one-way traffic at 5:30 pm on Saturday, with the bourse to close to all at 6:00 pm.  On Sunday, the bourse will close to the public at 4:00 pm, and close to all at 5:00 pm.  Security will end at 5:00 pm.
  • Contracts without full deposit will not be honored.  While we will continue to provide favorable table placement to long-standing supporters of our show, we must receive your contract with deposit by June 1.
  • We have established a bourse web site this year for floor layout, dealer attendee list, list of nearby hotels/motels, additional bourse contracts, announcements, and other information.  It is http://oldnote.org/rccbourse.

The good news is that prices remain the same as last year (except for the els, new this year).
